Our goal is to make sourcing the right pre-owned luxury pieces for your business an exciting and rewarding process. Our Exchange Program is designed to give you confidence in sourcing pre-owned luxury wholesale online and ensure that the best pieces stock your shelves and delight your clients.
How does the Exchange Policy work?
Through our Exchange Program, items may be submitted in exchange for LePrix Wholesale Credit up to 60 days from the date of delivery as determined by the carrier. All items must be exchanged with their original LePrix item ID tag intact and in the original condition in which it was purchased.
Excluded from the Exchange Policy:
- Exclusive to U.S. buyers only. Not available for international buyers.
- Clothing, accessories, watches, fine jewelry
- Items BC condition grade and lower
- COA fees, shipping fees, and insurance are not eligible for credit
- Items without LePrix Item ID tag intact
- Wholesale Auction exchange requests are accepted with a 10% restocking fee as determined by the original selling price.
*LePrix reserves the right to deny Exchange Program privileges based on excessive requests or if an account is not in good standing.
How do I submit an Exchange request?
- Fill out the form below within 60 days of receiving the item.
- Print provided return authorization (RA) form and include it with the shipment for exchange to be accepted.
- Ship to: LePrix Inc., C/O Bethesda Fulfillment Center 4720 Montgomery Lane, 7th Floor, Bethesda, MD 20814
- Provide tracking and mail within three (3) days. LePrix Wholesale Credit will not release until tracking is provided.
- Once received at our warehouse, allow up to 10 days for processing and issue of credit where applicable.
- If the item ID tag is missing or detached, the exchange will not be accepted.
- LePrix Wholesale Credit will not expire. You will receive credit for the original amount of the item, not including the original shipping or Certificate of Authenticity fees.
- LePrix is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We highly recommend insuring your shipment.
*Important note: If your RA form is not included in your shipment, our warehouse will not be able to process your credit, and your shipment will be returned.
