How does LePrix’s Exchange Policy work?
Our Exchange Policy is designed to give you confidence in sourcing pre-owned luxury wholesale online and ensure that the best pieces stock your shelves and delight your clients. Through our Exchange Policy, items may be submitted in exchange for LePrix Credit up to 60 days from the date of delivery as determined by the carrier. All items must be exchanged with their original LePrix item ID tag intact and in the original condition in which it was purchased.
How do I submit an Exchange request?
- Fill out the form below within 60 days of receiving the item.
- Print provided Return Authorization (RA) form and include it with your shipment. Exchanges received without the RA form will be returned to sender.
- Carefully package your item(s) with individual poly bags and void fill or padding to protect your items during transit.
- Items must include the original ID tag provided. Item(s) received without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- LePrix does not provide shipping labels. We recommend insuring your shipment for protection. LePrix is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

- Provide tracking information and ship within three (3) days. LePrix credit will not be released until tracking is provided.
- Once received at our warehouse, allow up to 10 days for processing and issue of credit.
- LePrix Credit does not expire. Credits are issued for the original amount of the item, not including fees for any add on services (ex. Certificates of Authenticity, Dust Bags, etc).
Excluded from the Exchange Policy:
- Non-U.S. buyers. Our Exchange Policy is applicable to U.S. buyers only.
- Clothing, accessories, watches and fine jewelry
- Items over $10K USD
- Items in BC condition grade or lower
- COAs, Dustbags, Basic and Premium product detail, shipping, and insurance fees are not eligible for credit
- Items without LePrix Item ID tag intact
- Items where margin is below 20% of the current market retail value
Auction items are final sale.
A 10% restocking fee determined by the original selling price will be applied to all Stock, Quick Ship and any items approved for the exchange program
*LePrix reserves the right to deny Exchange Policy privileges based on excessive requests or if an account is not in good standing. Return requests must not exceed 5% of total confirmed orders ($ value) on a rolling 60 days.
The LePrix Promise - If you receive an item that does not match the images and description provided, please fill out the form below within 3 days of the delivery date as determined by the Carrier tracking information.
