Getting Your Instagram Account Reinstated

We’ve been hearing that many of our partners have had their Instagram accounts (IG) taken down by Meta lately without any warning or justification. If your Instagram is a main sales driver for your business, losing your IG account can be devastating and cause undue hardship. We’re happy to share general guidance on how to get your IG account reinstated so you can get back in business. Please review the latest findings from the Chanel v. WGACA case to understand the impact on your resale business. Note: This is not legal advice, just tips based on our own experience.

Step 1: Be sure that your IG is compliant with all Chanel v. WGACA compliance standards and regulations.

Step 2: If your IG account is taken down, you must go through the appeal process to establish your position to ask to be reinstated.

Step 3: Seek legal advice that can help you navigate your Meta appeal.

Step 4: Reach out to your Account Manager for more information or contact us at [email protected] and hear tips on how LePrix and other LePrix customers have reinstated our accounts in the past.
