HOW IT WORKS

Getting started is simple: You can apply for financing from any product page on the Leprix.com website. Once approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions to activate your terms offer and start using it with your purchases.

Will This Affect My Credit Score? Nope! The application process does not involve a hard credit check, so applying will not impact your credit score in any way.

Q: What forms of payments are accepted on LePrix.com?

A: You may choose to pay now by ACH or Credit Card or pay later using Balance Financing.

Q: Will this impact my credit score?

A: No, this is a soft inquiry and will not affect your credit score.

Q: Why should I use the financing option through Balance?

A: Using the financing option through Balance helps with your cash flow and inventory procurement, allowing you to secure the pieces you need for your customers and extending payment due for up to 45 days.

Q: What are the finance options with Balance?

A: Using financing through Balance allows net terms with two options: 30 days (no fee) 45 days (+1.5% fee)

Q: Can I split payments by using the financing from Balance, ACH and/or Credit Card?

A: For Pay Now options, you can split payments as needed. For Pay Later through Balance, payment may not be split.

Q: I wasn’t approved for financing through Balance, can I reapply?

A: Yes, you may reapply 90 days (3 months) after your first financing request.

Q: How can I request an increased credit line with Balance?

A: Credit increase requests may be submitted to your Account Manager after the 30 day initial approval period.

Q: What information do I need to apply?

A: To apply Balance will need the following information:

  • Business Name (your business name)
  • EIN (Federal EIN number)
  • Annual Sales (total annual sales of your business)
  • Contact Name (your name)
  • Website (URL)
  • Business Address (business mailing address)

*At this time, applications are open to all businesses, excluding sole proprietors within the following states: CA, NV, NC, ND, SD, RI, VT.

Q: What is Plaid?

A: Plaid is a secure service that allows you to connect your bank account. If Balance requires additional information, you can use Plaid to connect your bank account or upload Financial Documents to provide more information for underwriting.

Q: Do terms begin when I apply or when my order is shipped?

A: Terms begin at invoicing.

Q: What happens if I pay my invoice early?

A: If you select Pay Later using Balance, the invoice is due at the end of your terms and does not have a pay early option.

Q: Can I use Balance for past invoices?

A: Balance financing cannot be used for previously issued invoices.

Q: What happens if my item(s) are canceled or do not pass inspection?

A: Any payments made on items that do not pass inspection will be refunded back to you.

Q: Is the payment process changing?

A: Payment processing will remain the same with financing as an added option.
