LePrix has a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit items. Every Boutique Partner has been hand selected and vetted before being accepted into our community. Each individual item is required to be authenticated by experts prior to listing to provide protection and peace of mind for our shoppers.

Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit payment products. Affirm offers instant financing for purchases online. Shoppers may buy and receive their purchases immediately, and remit payment in fixed monthly installments over the course of 3, 6 or 12 months. Using Affirm is easy, just select it during checkout!

After you have completed your checkout, just relax! Our Boutique Partners are locating and preparing your item for shipment. Once the item is in the hands of the carrier, you will receive an automated tracking email that can be used to watch you item as it makes its way to you!

Each Boutique Partner’s return policy is conveniently located at the bottom of each product description. Final sale items are non-returnable. If the item may be returned, please write in to [email protected] for a Return Authorization and await return instructions. Refunds are processed after the item is received and reviewed by the LePrix team. Please note that all international sales are final and may not be returned.

Clothing and shoes may be returned in exchange for shopping credit minus a 10% restocking fee. To qualify for a return, please write in to [email protected] within 3 days of the delivery of your item and await return instructions. Credit is only issued after the item is received and reviewed by the LePrix team. Final sale fine jewelry, accessories, handbags, swimwear are not eligible for returns or shopping credit. Please note that all international sales are final and may not be returned.

International shipping is available to Canada for a flat rate of $35 USD and most other international countries with a flat rate of $65 USD. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior buying or making an offer. As the recipient, you must pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. Please be aware that specific countries prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.

International sales are final and are not eligible for return or shopping credit.

Estimate shipping times are unavailable for items that must pass through Customs. Our carriers are unable to guarantee the speed at which international packages are processed. If the item is held in Customs, please contact us and we will try to provide information to assist you in the retrieval of your package. It is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to retrieve the package.

To change your password, follow these steps below:

  1. Hover over your username and select PROFILE.
  2. Select CHANGE PASSWORD from the left menu.
  3. Enter your new password, re-enter the password once more, and click SAVE.

If the CAPTCHA code is visible when logging in, please be sure to click the box next to “I am not a robot” to access your account.

Select Boutique Partners are happy to accept your best offer for an item. The MAKE OFFER button can be found next to the ADD TO BAG button on the product page if the Boutique Partner opted to accept offers.

To submit an offer:

  1. Enter in the offer amount.
  2. Click SUBMIT. The Boutique Partner has 48 hours to accept, reject or counter offer.
    • If the offer is accepted, the item is added to your cart. You will receive an email to check out within 48 hours. Accepted offers are not placed on hold and the new price is available to all of our shoppers for 48 hours.
    • If the offer is declined, you are welcome to make a new offer by repeating step one.
    • If the Boutique Partner presents a counteroffer, you have 48 hours to accept, reject or counter offer.
  3. If your offer is accepted, please make payment within 48 hours. Check out fast because anyone shopping LePrix can snatch up your item at your accepted price.
  4. Offers responded to by shoppers or Boutique Partners expire after 48 hours and are automatically canceled.
