Our boutique partners work tirelessly to produce listings that are accurate in their descriptions and images. Items received that are misrepresented may be eligible for a full refund after review by our team if contacted within 3 business days of the receipt of the item. To submit a claim, please write in to [email protected]. In the email, include the order number, a brief description, and attached images of the received item.

LePrix has a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit items. Every Boutique Partner has been hand selected and vetted before being accepted into our community. Each individual item is required to be authenticated by experts prior to listing to provide protection and peace of mind for our shoppers.

Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit payment products. Affirm offers instant financing for purchases online. Shoppers may buy and receive their purchases immediately, and remit payment in fixed monthly installments over the course of 3, 6 or 12 months. Rates between 10-30% APR with a promotional rate of 0% APR for qualified customers. Subject to credit check and approval. Down payment may be required. Payment amount depends on your purchase amount. After you have completed your checkout, just relax! Our Boutique Partners are locating and preparing your item for shipment. Once the item is in the hands of the carrier, you will receive an automated tracking email that can be used to watch you item as it makes its way to you!

If you're happy, we're happy. We're here to help process returns with our boutique partners to make it a hassle-free process. For U.S. orders, you may return your item for LePrix shopping credit.

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of delivery by submitting a request through our Contact Us page or email us at [email protected]. To help expedite your request, please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once reviewed, you will receive a pre-paid USPS label. Print the label and affix it to your package within 7 days.
  3. The item(s) will be processed and reviewed once received. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was listed with the security tag intact. Otherwise, the item will be returned to you.
  4. Once processed, you will receive an email to notify you that shopping credit has been applied to your account. Shopping credit may only be applied to the account from which the purchase was made.

* Please note: A 10% restocking fee, not to exceed $50, will be applied for all returns. Shipping and other fees incurred are non-refundable. Items not shipped within 7 days of receiving the pre-paid return label will not be processed for return.

Final sale items, jewelry, swimwear, and international purchases are not eligible for returns.

Clothing and shoes may be returned in exchange for shopping credit minus a 10% restocking fee. To qualify for a return, please write in to [email protected] within 3 days of the delivery of your item and await return instructions. Credit is only issued after the item is received and reviewed by the LePrix team. Final sale fine jewelry, accessories, handbags, swimwear are not eligible for returns or shopping credit. Please note that all international sales are final and may not be returned.

International shipping is available to Canada for a flat rate of $35 USD and most other international countries with a flat rate of $65 USD. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior buying or making an offer. As the recipient, you must pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. Please be aware that specific countries prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.

International sales are final and are not eligible for return or shopping credit.

Estimate shipping times are unavailable for items that must pass through Customs. Our carriers are unable to guarantee the speed at which international packages are processed. If the item is held in Customs, please contact us and we will try to provide information to assist you in the retrieval of your package. It is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to retrieve the package.

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

For this specific international order, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

LePrix is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on LePrix.

To change your password, follow these steps below:

  1. Hover over your username and select PROFILE.
  2. Select CHANGE PASSWORD from the left menu.
  3. Enter your new password, re-enter the password once more, and click SAVE.

If the CAPTCHA code is visible when logging in, please be sure to click the box next to “I am not a robot” to access your account.

Select Boutique Partners are happy to accept your best offer for an item. The MAKE OFFER button can be found next to the "BUY NOW" button on the product page if the Boutique Partner opted to accept offers.

To submit an offer:

  1. Enter in the offer amount.
  2. Click SUBMIT. The Boutique Partner has 48 hours to accept, reject or counter offer.
    • If the offer is accepted, the item is added to your cart. You will receive an email to check out within 48 hours. Accepted offers are not placed on hold and the new price is available to all of our shoppers for 48 hours.
    • If the offer is declined, you are welcome to make a new offer by repeating step one.
    • If the Boutique Partner presents a counteroffer, you have 48 hours to accept, reject or counter offer.
  3. If your offer is accepted, please make payment within 48 hours. Check out fast because anyone shopping LePrix can snatch up your item at your accepted price.
  4. Offers responded to by shoppers or Boutique Partners expire after 48 hours and are automatically canceled.
