LePrix Wholesale is the premier wholesale platform for retailers to easily source pre-owned, pre-authenticated luxury at scale from the world’s best suppliers. Our team of experts carefully select suppliers, curate the inventory, and inspect your orders before shipment. You will be assigned a dedicated account manager to help you optimize your wholesale buying to help grow your business.

There are two ways to shop LePrix Wholesale:

  • Wholesale Auction, where you can bid by placing your best offer; and
  • Wholesale Stock, where you can shop at “buy now” prices.

LePrix Wholesale has a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit items. Our best-in-class suppliers are carefully selected and vetted before being permitted to sell on our platform. As an extra measure, a final inspection is performed in partnership with professional third-party authenticators before shipping items out to you to provide protection and peace of mind. All items are 100% authenticity guaranteed.

We offer official certificates of authenticity (COAs) provided by professional third-party authenticators by request at a nominal fee for handbags and wallets. Certificates are delivered electronically and are kept on file for you.

Our preferred method of payment is by ACH via bill.com which allows you to make a wire transfer fee free. For your convenience, we also accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), and PayPal.

Please note:

  • U.S. credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee; international buyers are subject to a 4.5% processing fee.
  • U.S. PayPal payments are subject to a 3% processing fee; international PayPal payments are subject to a 4.5% processing fee.
  • International bank wires up to $2000 USD are subject to a $30 USD processing fee; No fees for transfers $2000 USD and higher.

Credit card information is safely stored and must be on file as a requirement to access inventory. LePrix is authorized to use the information on file if requested or if payment is not remitted for an invoice within ten (10) days of the due date.

Yes! International buyers are responsible for all shipping fees on Wholesale Stock and pay a flat rate of $49 USD per shipment for Wholesale Auction. For international buyers, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. The buyer is responsible for all incurred fees to release the shipment from customs upon arrival. Please be aware that specific countries prohibit the importation of items made with exotic materials.

International sales are final and are not eligible for return.

Grade Description
N New. Unused.
S Like new. May have been handled as display piece, but near mint.
A Lightly used. May show slight signs of wear. May have light patina, light scuffing or scratching on base corners and hardware.
B Used. Wear consistent with normal use. Clearly used, but still in good condition. No heavy signs of damage.
C Well used. Still functional but may require some refurbishment or repair

Product images, descriptions, and grade are provided to be used together in order to determine the viability of an item. All three elements should be used in combination to decide on requesting an item.

If you paid for a COA, your COAs are located under account.

  1. Click on the top right Profile icon.
  2. Click on Invoices.
  3. Select Invoices
  4. Click on the eye icon on the right.
  5. Then click on the COA button.
  1. Go to Auctions, then Closed.
  2. Click on the eye icon on the right of each auction.
  3. For each item, you’ll see your max bid and the winning bid or “reserve not met” when your bid was lower than the confidential Reserve price. A “check” is indicated when you win the item, with your max bid and the actual price you won it for. Please note: The Reserve Price is confidential, we don’t have access to it either. We highly recommend that you regularly check on your past lost bids to see by how far you missed it and be more accurate on your next ones.
  1. Go to Profile icon.
  2. Click on Invoices. All your settled and pending invoices show up.
  3. To settle an invoice, click on the eye icon on the right of line, and choose your payment method.

  2. Click Items. You have an overview of all the items you ordered, their date, order and invoice (when applicable) number, and their status.

  2. Click on modify Wholesale Address.

Go to Profile. Click on Account Maintenance. You can upload your resale certificate here. The Resale Certificate is mandatory to access the platform.

  2. Then Payment Method. You can register a bank account for ACH payment and/or a credit card for CC payment. You can register several credit cards to choose from at the time of payment

  2. Click on Invoices. It will state whether each invoice is pending or closed.

  2. Click Bids (hammer icon): you access in “Live” to the bids that you placed in on-going auctions, and in “Wishlist” to the Auction items you hearted.

  2. Click on Wishlist. Please note there are two wishlists - one for Stock and one for Auction.
Wholesale Stock

Wholesale Stock is an exciting collection of items that are updated weekly at “buy now” prices. The selection is available at a first-come first-serve basis and is easy to shop.

  1. Shop the selection by carefully reviewing photos, descriptions and grades.
  2. Add items to your bag to reserve the item for up to 2 hours.
  3. When done shopping, review your selection and click “CONFIRM MY PURCHASE”.
  4. Final order confirmations are sent by email in 2 to 3 days with your order number.
  5. Items are received and inspected for quality assurance (~10-15 business days from confirmation).
  6. Invoices are sent after items pass inspection. Payment is required for shipment. Shipments are insured with a signature required via UPS or USPS (3-5 business days for delivery).

Remember:

  • Items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • There is a small chance an item may have been reserved before your request is received, resulting in a cancellation. Don’t fret! Our team will always try to provide alternative options for you.
  • Shipping fees from our facility to you are not included and will be added at the time of invoicing.
  • Request COAs before submitting your request!

Invoices are sent after items are inspected and prepared for shipment. Payment is required for shipping. In the case that a payment is not remitted within 10 days of invoicing, LePrix Wholesale reserves the right to charge the card on file for the late payment.

Once your item is confirmed, it may take 10-15 business days for our team to receive, inspect and process your order for invoicing and shipment. Total turnaround time may take about 2-3 weeks.

Quick Ship items are indicated with a blue “Quick Ship” banner and are excluded from the regular timeline and can usually be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. It’s the perfect way to stock up quickly!

Select items with stock photos are indicated with a blue “Stock Photo” banner. Select and request these items as normal. When your item is received, it will be processed and inspected as usual and a set of photos will be taken for review. Photos are sent via email and the buyer has 48 hours to confirm or deny the selection based on the photos of the actual item. If a response is not received after 48 hours, the item will proceed to invoicing.

Easy and Simple:

  1. Shop LePrix Wholesale Stock to build your inventory.
  2. Sell, sell, sell!
  3. Is something collecting dust? Contact us within 60 days and we’ll exchange it for LePrix Wholesale Credit so you can find what makes your clients happy!

The Exchange Program Rules:

  1. Exclusive to handbags and wallets purchased from Wholesale Stock (Note: Wholesale Auction items and select items and categories excluded, see below).
  2. Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee determined by the original purchase price.
  3. Eligible items:
    • Include the following designers: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Fendi, Goyard, MCM, Prada, Dior, Burberry, and Celine.
    • Have an original purchase price equal to or less than $800.
    • Must be of BC condition grade or higher and must be received in the original condition in which it was purchased.
  4. Excluded items:
    • All LePrix Wholesale Auction items
    • Hermès
    • Watches
    • Suitcases or carry-on and larger luggage/trunk styles
    • Accessories
    • Jewelry
    • Bags and wallets below BC condition grade
    • Exclusive to U.S. buyers only. Not available for international buyers.
    • COA fees and shipping fees are not included.

How to Benefit:

  • Fill out the Exchange Request Form within 60 days of receiving the item (date determined by the delivery date from the carrier’s tracking information).
  • Once approved, simply print and affix the provided return label to your shipment! Returns must be mailed within three (3) days of receiving the label.
  • Credit will be applied to the next open invoice once the return is received. LePrix Wholesale Credit will not expire and may be redeemed on either LePrix Wholesale Stock or LePrix Wholesale Auction.

  3. When you click on “Submit Exchange Program”, you’ll be able to enter an item you would like to return. You can sort the items with the “Sort by” arrow on the right, and search them by category, brand or status (boxes on the left)
Wholesale Auction

We’re proud to partner with two amazing auction houses who run their auctions on different schedules.

  • Our weekend auctions run every Friday to Monday*.
  • Our biweekly auction runs every other week from Tuesdays to Thursdays*.

You will always receive an email when our auctions are live, so make sure you are subscribed to stay up to date!

The maximum bid is your best offer, which is the maximum amount you are willing to pay for an item. This is a final price that includes shipping, taxes, customs, and duties. Submitting a bid is a binding contract where you agree to pay up to the specified amount for the item.

Two things you might want to consider:

  1. Say you need to make a 40% profit margin on a handbag you would sell in your store for $1000, then submit a maximum bid around $600 (60% of your store price).
  2. Check out the Recently Won Bids in each item page as you shop to give you an idea of how much to bid.

The lowest bid you may submit to participate in the auction of an item. The minimum bid is not equal to the reserve price. Maximum bids must exceed the minimum bid to be able to submit a bid.

Reserve prices are the minimum amount that the auction house is willing to sell an item for. If the reserve price is not met, the item will not sell even if you are the highest bidder at the close of the auction. Reserve prices on LePrix Wholesale Auctions are confidential. At the close of the auction, items that did not meet the reserve are marked “Reserve Not Met”.

You may edit your bids as many times as you please prior to the close of the auction. To edit a maximum bid, return to the product page or access active bids from your account menu and enter an updated bid in the text box.

Bids may also be retracted before the close of a LePrix Wholesale Auction. To remove a maximum bid, return to the product page and click “REMOVE” or access your active bids from your account menu, click edit, and click “REMOVE”. All active bids at the close of an auction are binding contracts for purchase if won. Bids may not be canceled after the close of an auction.

The bidder with the highest maximum bid at the close of the auction will win the item so long as their bid exceeds the reserve price. If other bidders have not matched your maximum bid at the close of the auction, you may potentially win the item at a lower price. If two (2) bids of equal amount are the highest, the first person to place the highest bid is the winner.

  • For weekend auctions, you will receive an email confirmation of your winnings the day after the close of an auction (Tuesdays)*.
  • For biweekly auctions, you will receive an email confirmation of your winnings 3 to 5 business days after the close of an auction*.

Invoices are emailed when items are inspected and prepared for shipment. Payment is required for shipping. In the case that a payment is not remitted within 10 days of invoicing, LePrix Wholesale reserves the right to charge the card on file for the late payment.

  • For weekend auctions, items are invoiced and ship 5-10 business days from the close of the auction.
  • For biweekly auctions, items are invoiced and ship 2-3 weeks from the close of the auction.

All shipments are insured and signature required and sent via UPS or USPS (3-5 days for delivery).

LePrix Wholesale Auction items are final sale and may not be returned.
